reuse of dermal filler syringes

Clinical quality and safety are top priority at Elite Med Spa. Because of this, we follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and product manufacturer guidance to NOT reuse dermal filler syringes. The use of clinical products is at the discretion of the care provider, not the client. Injecting dermal fillers requires highly skilled staff, and the price you pay for a dermal filler injection is for the clinician’s time and service as well as the product.

sharing of dermal filler syringes

Clinical quality and safety are top priority at Elite Med Spa. Because of this, we follow the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and product manufacturer guidance to NOT use one syringe to treat multiple clients. Sharing syringes with others puts you at risk for contracting diseases such as Hepatitis C, Hepatitis B, and possibly HIV. We do not allow sharing syringes for your safety.

Late cancellations and no shows

We respect the time of our clients and staff and aim to provide high quality care to all of our clients. Late appointment cancellations and no shows can be disruptive and prevent others who are able to come in from booking appointments. We send appointment reminders 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment and often follow-up via text once more. We charge a $50 fee to any client who cancels within 24 hours of their appointment or does not show up to their appointment.

Guests and children

We love meeting new people and aim to accommodate guests and children when we can. However, we do have a small waiting area and can be quite busy or short staffed some days, so it is helpful to please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring a guest who may require assistance, such as a child.

Refunds

We aim to provide high quality care to all of our clients, and we want you to be happy (elated!) with your Elite Med Spa experience and the outcome of your care. We do not guarantee that you will achieve your desired results, but we do our best to meet your expectations. If you would like to request a refund, you can email us at elitemedspawa@gmail.com. All refund requests are reviewed and approved by management.

safety and respect

We consider Elite Med Spa a safe space where clients, guests, and staff are all treated with respect and kindness. Any behavior, comments, or actions which do not uphold these qualities will not be tolerated. Our staff may choose to not treat someone, ask them to leave the spa, or discontinue interactions with anyone who disrespects or threatens the safety of our clients, guests, or staff members.
